Kwikkopy Moonee Ponds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Finisher (a print all‑rounder) to join our dynamic team. We are searching for a Digital Production Operator and Finisher. The role involves the production of both small format digital prints and wide format graphics, ensuring high‑quality output and efficient workflow. About the role at Kwikkopy Moonee Ponds As our Print Finisher, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end production process for a variety of print projects. This includes file preparation, operation of print equipment, quality control, and ensuring deadlines are met. You will work closely with the Graphic Designer and clients to deliver exceptional print solutions. We are committed to producing quality products and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain Ricoh digital presses for small format printing. Operate and maintain HP Latex wide format print and cut machine. Prepare print files, ensuring accuracy and optimal output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on print equipment. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards. Manage print schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines. Assist with inventory management of print materials and supplies. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. About You The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual with a strong background in print production. You will possess: At least 2 years experience operating in digital presses and any Latex wide format printer. Strong understanding of digital printing processes and colour management. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Good communication and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working with a small team. Proficiency in relevant graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong time management and multitasking ability in a fast paced dynamic environment that is deadline driven.
