Findstaff are seeking a print assistant/ Labourer for immediate start with our client based in Arndell park, the position is a day shift Monday to Friday position with a busy packaging company with a steady workload. Duties: Manual Handling - Lifting loading stock & moving pallets throughout factory. Operating machinery - Pile turner, Pallet jack and others once trained. Ensuring machines are supplied with stock in a timely manner. Monitoring for errors or imperfections in board. Safely load, unload and stack board for running through the presses. Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times. Assist printer and machine operators as required. About you: Physically fit, Pushing, pulling, lifting required. Safety conscious and the ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Sound communication skills. Willing to work in a Pharmaceutical grade environment. (hairnet, beard net etc) A good attitude and able to work as part of a team. Permanent long term work opportunity. Safe stable employment working with a reputable brand. Weekly Pay cycle. $33 an hour pay rate plus overtime when needed. Training and opportunities to up skill. Shift loading and lunch facilities. Temp to perm options. To be Successful: Must have full working rights within Australia. (this Opportunity will lead to fulltime employment) Reliable transport is essential as public transport timetables may not suit finish times. Able to commit to full 38-hour weeks plus overtime. Experience in a high paced manufacturing environment. Ability to understand and follow instructions (training provided) Safety conscious attitude. Willingness to move around throughout the factory as required depending on workload.
