The opportunity We’re seeking a senior Workplace Relations Specialist toprovide expert advice and drive best practice across all facets ofworkplace relations. A key part of this role will be to offerspecialist advice, counsel and direction on case management to ourBusiness Partners and be client centric in your approach to guideleaders and the organisation. What you’ll be doing Deliver high-level guidance on employee and industrialrelations case management, including complex investigations anddispute resolution. Lead the development, review, and implementation ofworkplace policies and the Enterprise Agreement, ensuringcompliance with legislative obligations. Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout thefull lifecycle of enterprise bargaining, including research,analysis, and stakeholder consultation. Mentor and support People Experience and Health, Safety& Wellbeing Business Partners, championing quality outcomesand client-focused service delivery. Build strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, including unions, legal representatives, andgovernment networks. Analyse workplace relations data, report on performance,and drive continuous improvement. What you'll need to succeed Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience inworkplace relations, industrial relations, or a relatedfield. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise agreement negotiationswithin a unionised environment. Strong analytical, investigative, and policy developmentskills. Proven ability to manage complex cases, mentor others, andinfluence positive organisational change. Excellent time management, organisational, andinterpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and customerservice.
