At Spring Farm, your leadership isn't from behind a desk, it's on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team. This is a hands on role where you'll provide daily coaching, guidance, and practical support. You'll be a familiar, trusted face for families and children, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship, steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling. You’ll play a key role in shaping a consistent and high performing team. You'll be responsible for : Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders. Overseeing all communication with families and the school. Overseeing environment setup and ensuring engaging, inclusive programming Uplifting and training your team to build consistency and confidence Embedding routines and structures that create calm, predictable, and positive experiences Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality Overseeing all day to day operations across Before, After, and Vacation Care Supporting and coaching a structured leadership team Embedding strong routines, building systems, and guiding culture Driving quality programming, compliance, and family engagement Building exceptional relationships with children, families, school leaders and your team Resourcing and delivering a fun, inclusive, high quality experience for all children Your role is to coach and guide them on the floor, lead with confidence, and build strong routines, systems and team culture. Before School Care : 6:00am-8:45am After School Care : 2:55pm-6:00pm Vacation Care : 6:30am-6:00pm This is a high volume service that needs a leader who thrives on fast paced, purposeful work and can bring structure, quality, and consistency.
