We’re currently looking for an experienced and customer focused Parts Manager to join our dealership and lead our parts department. Working closely with management, a committed parts team of four and other dealership departments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of parts department Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are ordered and stocked correctly Working closely with the service department to ensure fast‑moving, service‑related and warranty parts are available for the workshop Providing exceptional customer service to both internal employees and external clients Identifying opportunities to grow the parts department through building and maintaining trade relationships Implementing processes and procedures to improve the parts department Training and supervising parts department staff Maintaining OEM relationships to ensure standards are met and benchmarks are achieved Important Skills and Qualities Honesty and reliability The ability to work in a team environment A friendly and approachable personality What we offer An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based on qualifications, skills and experience.
