Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join our R&D team in a new role within our UX Team. This role works with one or more product teams to ensure that our end users have an excellent experience when using our software. We produce a world‑class ERP solution that our customers love, and we are adding skills and experience to our team as we continue to grow our UX capability. In keeping with the seniority of the role, we are looking for mature self‑starters who can work independently with their colleagues to deliver UX and UI artifacts within our release cadence. We are looking for professionals who can collaborate within the UX Team to continuously improve our work and mentor other members of the team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing product design expertise and leadership to one product or to a suite of complementary smaller products and business processes. The role will work closely with roles like general managers, product success directors, product owners, architects and developers to identify opportunities, design, validate, build, launch and monitor solutions. You are an excellent designer with the ability to lead product design initiatives for complex user experiences, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer insights, and enterprise needs. Confident in leading end‑to‑end user‑centered design processes, supported by both qualitative and quantitative research to drive data‑informed design decisions. Ability to contribute, and advocate for design systems and reusable design patterns across products, ensuring consistency and scalability. Excellent collaboration with product leaders, engineering teams and senior stakeholders, capable of articulating design decisions, facilitating workshops, and navigating requirements. Strong toolkit to tackle design challenges, improving processes, and identifying opportunities for incremental product improvements. Ability to manage deliverables, mitigate risks, and efficiently prioritize tasks within agile environments, communicating effectively across stakeholders. 4‑6+ years' experience in designing & building large scale web software, with a track record of execution and impact.
