About the Role We are seeking a full-time Education Counsellor Assistant to join our Sydney office. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in student applications, admissions, and visa processes, while supporting marketing initiatives and assisting professional education counselling. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage student application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with both company policies and institution requirements. Verify and submit student application documents within required timeframes following company procedures, and monitor student application progress. Provide timely feedback to students and update application records accordingly. Ensure proper storage and security of student documents in compliance with company policies. Assist students and Migration Consultants in the student visa application process, ensuring adherence to regulations. Support company marketing events including interviews, expos, seminars, and field marketing activities. Assist in provision of professional education counselling and study plan advice to international students. Assist with EIC Australia Student Ambassador Program, providing training and on‑the‑job coaching. Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the office manager. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree or higher qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong time management and multi‑tasking abilities. High efficiency and attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese. Previous industry experience (preferred). Eligible work rights: Valid Australian work visa (e.g. 485, PR, Australian Citizens etc.).
