Accounts Receivable Officer (Chinese Speaking) Wiseway Logistics (ASX listed) is a fast growing global freight forwarding company with our head office located in Sydney and other offices in major capital cities in Australia, and international branches in USA, New Zealand, Singapore and China. We have provided years of logistics services including export and import services as well as transportation and warehouse solutions to our large client base. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer, to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to the overall seamless operation of the Accounts Receivable function. The role will be based on site in the Head Office in Bankstown. Key responsibilities will include: Manage accounts receivable functions and ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Issue invoices, statements, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure prompt payment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and interactions with clients. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate actions. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Provide support to the finance team as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: 2 years’ proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Knowledge with Cargowise (Beneficial). Experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry (Preferred). Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
