Accounts Receivable Officer

Reliable Food Distributors' is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Prestons, NSW. This casual role will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of invoices. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our growing food distribution business. What you'll be doing Invoicing customers in a timely and accurate manner Chasing up overdue payments and following up with customers on outstanding accounts Resolving customer billing queries and disputes Updating and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger Generating reports on accounts receivable and cash flow Assisting the finance team with other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and credit control best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At Reliable Food Distributors', we pride ourselves on being a supportive and collaborative workplace.
