The company operates as part of a large organisation with a reputation for delivering quality products and services. Job Description Process and issue invoices with accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies. Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries. Maintain up-to-date customer account records. Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with ad hoc duties as required by the finance team. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have: A background in accounting or finance, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
