We’re partnering with a well-regarded Not-for-Profit organisation with a strong community focus to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their warm, supportive and collaborative finance team. In this full-time temp to perm role, you’ll report directly to the Finance Manager and take ownership of full-function Accounts Receivable , including bank reconciliations, debtor management and day-to-day financial operations. Role Details Temp to Perm Full Time, Monday–Friday $45–$50 per hour + super Not-for-Profit sector Sydney Olympic Park (onsite) Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable Open new accounts and conduct credit checks Oversee debtor collections, reminder notices and monthly statements Process credit notes, refunds and flexible payment plans Complete daily and weekly bank reconciliations Prepare AR reports for month-end and year-end Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies Work across systems such as BPoint, CRM/ERP platforms and document management tools Provide empathetic, customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders Assist with general finance admin, data accuracy and ad-hoc tasks About You You're someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised and working with purpose.
