You will be challenged to take responsibility for analysing master data set and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases. The role will also encapsulate extensive knowledge and experience in ETL development using Informatica. Job Description Expertise in SQL skills to profile the data. Analyse, profile and systematically present the data for business and management team understanding. ETL development and data migration tasks. Interpreting the functional aspects of data and reporting aspects of data. Present the data to business and the consumers of the data which qualifies the scope and highlights gaps/issues on data from source. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets. Working alongside teams within the business, solution team or the technical team to establish business needs. Documenting the data mapping rules for migration. Skills and Experience 1+ years of experience in data analysis and development experience – Junior role. 3+ years of experience in data analysis and development experience – Mid role. Solid consulting ability across SSIS, SSRS, and expertise in data profiling/analysis, SQL, and data deduplication/cleansing processes. Strong problem‑solving skills – ability to analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues and make priority decisions. Client‑facing experience with interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence key relationships with stakeholders. Experience in health cover and insurance domain desirable but not mandatory. Qualifications Relevant degree in IT. Certification in relevant technologies.
