You will be challenged to take responsibility for analysing the master data set and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role, you need an excellent eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases. The role will also encompass extensive knowledge and experience in ETL development using Informatica. Job Description Expertise in SQL skills to profile the data. Analyse, profile, and systematically present the data for the business and management team understanding. ETL development and data migration tasks. Interpreting the functional aspect of data and reporting aspect of data. Present the data to the business and consumers of the data, qualifying scope and highlighting gaps/issues from the source. Identify patterns and trends in data sets. Work alongside teams within the business, the solution team, or the technical team to establish business needs. Document the data mapping rules for migration. Skills and Experience 1+ year of experience in Data Analysis & Development (Junior role). 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis & Development (Mid role). Solid consulting ability across SSIS, SSRS, and expertise in data profiling/analysis, SQL, and data deduplication/cleansing processes. Strong problem‑solving skills – ability to analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, and make priority decisions. Ideally worked within a client‑facing capacity, with interpersonal and communication skills to manage and influence key relationships with stakeholders. Experience in health cover and insurance domain is desirable, not mandatory. Qualifications Relevant degree in the IT industry (mandatory). Certification in relevant technologies.
