Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Here’s what you’ll do: This rare opportunity invites a seasoned General Manager to join the executive team and steer the business into its next exciting chapter. With a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking, you'll ensure our operational excellence while nurturing innovation, people, and client success. You’ll be responsible for running day-to-day operations while building high-performing teams, scaling strategic initiatives, and ensuring the agency delivers standout results across client portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Oversee business operations with a digital-first mindset, ensuring both creative excellence and commercial effectiveness. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, strategists, and account managers to consistently deliver outstanding campaigns and client results. Translate client briefs into impactful, data-driven digital marketing strategies across paid and organic social, SEM, email, and content marketing. Use cutting-edge tools, including AI and automation, to drive innovation in how we plan and execute social and digital campaigns. Ensure client retention and satisfaction through strategic insights, clear communication, and top-tier execution. Lead growth initiatives, including new business development and strategic partnerships. Provide high-level reporting and insights, interpreting performance data to drive continual improvement and ROI. Collaborate with creatives, analysts, and developers to ensure integrated campaign success from strategy through execution. We’d love it if you had: Proven experience in agency leadership or senior digital strategy roles, with a track record of business growth and team leadership. Expertise in social media strategy, digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, SEM), email marketing, and customer journey mapping. Hands‑on understanding of digital platforms, tools, and performance analytics (e.g., Meta Business Manager). What’s in it for you?
