What You’ll Be Doing Leading and mentoring a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and high performance. Supporting the Station Manager in executing work plans covering livestock movements, pasture management, and CAPEX projects. Overseeing daily station operations – from animal husbandry to property maintenance and everything in between. Taking ownership of safety compliance, record keeping, team communication, and station presentation. Who You Are A natural leader with strong organisational and people‑management skills.
