* $160,000 - $170,000 inclusive of super* FTC until June 2027* Education sector, CBD location, Hybrid working About the Role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a major ERP (SAP) transformation program within a large, complex environment. Sitting within the ICT stream, this role will guide agile delivery across multiple squads working on IDAM, data, integrations and security components of the program. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for running end‑to‑end agile ceremonies, coaching cross‑functional teams and ensuring delivery momentum across a multi‑year transformation. You will work closely with BAs, Developers, Testers, Change Managers and Project Managers to play a critical role in supporting the technical delivery of SAP and ensuring teams are aligned and continuously improving. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and showcases. Guide squads through the full sprint pattern. Drive agile discipline and improve delivery velocity across IDAM, data, security, integration and change teams. Support the delivery of SAP ERP transformation activities, ensuring alignment between technical teams and program leadership. Work closely with ICT stakeholders including IDAM BAs, the Data Team, ICT Change Lead, ICT Change Manage and the IDAM Project Manager. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution. Maintain sprint artefacts, track progress and report status to senior leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within squads. Support coordination between functional, technical and security teams working across SAP and MDM streams. About You Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large, complex enterprise environments. Strong background supporting ERP transformation programs, ideally SAP. Demonstrated experience guiding technical delivery teams (developers, testers, BAs, change, security, data). Deep understanding of agile ceremonies, frameworks and delivery rhythms. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable working in environments with multiple interdependent technical streams (e.g., security, integrations, MDM). Ability to influence without authority and bring structure, focus and alignment to delivery teams. Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) or agile delivery qualifications are highly regarded.
