Job Title Scrum Master / Delivery Coordinator Location Onsite/Hybrid Experience 1–3 years Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Scrum Master / Delivery Coordinator to support our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) project team. This role will work closely with consultants and end users across multiple business areas including Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and eager to grow within Agile delivery and ERP transformation projects. You will play a key role in coordinating training, UAT, data migration activities, backlog management, and assisting with overall project delivery through go-live and beyond. Key Responsibilities Support consultants and end users across Finance, Procurement, Warehouse and other areas. Assist with organising sprint ceremonies, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and planning. Coordinate tasks between functional, technical, and business teams. Schedule and organise training sessions across the business. Help prepare training materials and ensure users are ready for each session. Provide support to users during training and follow-up activities. Coordinate UAT cycles, including arranging testers, tracking scenarios, and monitoring progress. Log, follow up, and retest defects as required. Track data migration tasks, readiness, dependencies, and follow-ups. Assist with data validation coordination across business SMEs. Maintain visibility of progress and issues. Support cutover planning and logistics. Assist during go-live execution with communication and task tracking. Help coordinate Hypercare activities post go-live. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years’ experience in Scrum, Agile delivery, project coordination, or similar roles. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail. At least 1 year with Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, reporting). Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Experience with ERP or transformation projects. Understanding of Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, or Supply Chain processes. Minimum 1 year of experience using Azure DevOps, including tracking tasks and dependencies, creating dashboards, charts, and reports, and building and maintaining queries.
