We are proud of our long history of supporting our people and clients. Role We have an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join the Transitions team which is part of Operations in our Sydney office. The role focuses mainly on three core activities : Client Onboarding – Partner with Relationship Managers to onboard new clients to Vestima, ensuring all technical setup and integration requirements are completed seamlessly. Client Transitions – Support the migration of new clients’ assets to Clearstream and lead internal initiatives to decommission legacy trading platforms, transitioning existing clients to modern solutions. Process & System Uplift – Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing innovative tools that enhance both internal workflows and client‑facing systems. Task / Responsibilities Lead agile implementation of Vestima and client Transitions, ensuring sprint goals align with program objectives and business priorities. Facilitate agile activities (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand‑ups) and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, to deliver project outcomes. Drive delivery of data transformation, migration, and sub‑projects within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Track and communicate delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies using delivery dashboards. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication and alignment across business and technical teams. Mentor and coach team members in agile ways of working. Qualifications / Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognised institution in Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology. Minimum 5 years working experience at a Custodian, Wrap Platform, Financial Advisory Firm, Registry, or Financial Institution. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a financial services or technology environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in product development, client onboarding, and transition processes. Knowledge of post‑trade services or securities markets systems e.g., Vestima. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data migration projects. Must have necessary permission/legal documentation to work in Australia.
