In this role, you will be responsible for leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams, and ensuring that Agile principles and frameworks are effectively implemented. You will act as a servant leader, removing impediments and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.**Responsibilities:*** Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.* Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is refined, prioritised, and visible.* Guide teams on Agile practices and principles to ensure consistent delivery of high-value outcomes.* Identify, track, and remove impediments that may impact delivery.* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within teams.* Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Program Managers to improve overall delivery flow.* Support team members’ growth and engagement through coaching and mentoring.* Manage dependencies across teams and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.* Ensure delivery aligns with organisational quality standards and strategic goals.**Requirements:*** Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.* Proven track record in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery in cross-functional teams.* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.* Hands-on experience using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.* Experience in software delivery environments, ideally within FinTech, IT, or Digital* Transformation projects.* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.* Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or hybrid delivery environments desirable**The Recruitment Process*** Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.* Our Talent team will start reviewing your application.
