Project Manager Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and enabling continuous improvement. This role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers that hinder progress. Ensure Transparency: Maintain and communicate progress through metrics like burndown charts and velocity. Collaborate with Product Owner: Support backlog refinement and prioritization. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback loops and process enhancements. Shield the Team: Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep. Track and Report: Monitor sprint progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Trello). Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred. Experience 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment. Background in software development or IT projects is a plus. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
