About the role: As a Project Manager Scrum Master, you will work closely in an agile squad, consisting of Data Architects, Data Technical Leads, Data Modelers and Data Engineers, Testers, Product Owner, and Data Business Analysts to lead the team to design, build, test and deploy data warehouse / data lake solutions for customers, including ETL. Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule and budget Work with other scrum masters to manage inter-team dependencies and with other teams (release management, platform, testing, etc) to manage ongoing schedule dependencies Understand and anticipate the customer’s needs to more effectively manage the development process using either their delivery method (could be waterfall, agile or "hybrid" methodology based on scrum) Report on key agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc) and traditional metrics (CPI / SPI) Work with team to prioritise backlog items based on customer value, time, and other team dependencies Be primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams Conduct performance of releases Ensure team is across business decisions and creates valuable increment with each iteration Guide the team through complexity NOTE: This is a Victoria-based hybrid role with the expectation of being in the Melbourne CBD office at least 2 days per week. About you Professional Services experience, working in an onshore / offshore model Proven track record project managing data projects for customers – ETL, Data Warehouse, Large Reporting Systems Project Management experience working in an agile team as well as experience using project management fundamentals (creating and tracking a project plan, managing contractual scope, processing change requests when necessary, budget tracking and forecasting) Experiencing managing customers and stakeholders Passion for innovation and knowledge of upcoming tech-trends Ability to manage expectations and communication from cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Banking industry experience(good to have) Why join us At NCS Australia, you’ll be part of a team that values your growth and development.
