We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our Product & Analytics team and help manage the logistics behind our expanding operational footprint. About the Role In this role you will play a pivotal role in overseeing, coordinating and reporting on all supply chain activities that support our system deployments, product sales and key customer projects. You’ll be responsible for demand planning, stock management, supplier coordination and reporting to ensure we deliver on our contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will directly support our CAPEX management and help drive efficiencies across our end-to-end logistics operations. Key responsibilities include: Demand planning, forecasting and stock level reporting Raising and coordinating stock orders to meet deployment timelines Maintaining data integrity across supply chain and product data Liaising with manufacturers and key suppliers for on‑time fulfilment Supporting Product, Sales and Marketing with accurate information and insights Resolving queries relating to deployment activities About You You’re a highly organised, analytical and commercially minded logistics professional who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment. You enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships, and ensuring processes run smoothly from end to end. You balance detail‑orientation with big‑picture thinking and have a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. You’ll bring: Experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain/logistics Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability Experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM/ERP platform) for reporting, tracking inventory or managing workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a highly collaborative approach The ability to stay resilient and solutions‑focused when priorities shift or challenges arise High attention to detail and a proactive mindset Knowledge of EGMs, gaming operations or game management is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will need to obtain a VGCCC Gaming Licence and may be required to travel within Victoria and interstate on occasion.
