Workforce Planning Manager dnata, Mascot (Sydney, NSW) dnata is a leading ground handling provider operating across major Australian airports. We are looking for a Workforce Planning Manager to oversee workforce needs, forecast staffing requirements, build airline schedules, and allocate labor resources. Key Responsibilities Day‑to‑day maintenance of rosters with changes due to aircraft or operational adjustments. Audit source time‑and‑attendance data to ensure accurate recording and correct application of policies. Report to management on key metrics, identify inefficiencies, and help run the business efficiently. Generate key operational reports vital to business management. Administer time‑and‑attendance user access and implement award rules. Collaborate closely with HR & Payroll on local matters. Liaise directly with the Business Director on operational concerns. Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in workforce management, preferably within aviation. Strong knowledge of systems and planning tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer literacy, especially Excel. Solid interpersonal, influencing, planning, and time‑management skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and the ability to interpret data, awards, and agreements.
