About The Role Reporting to the National Sales Manager (NSM), the Team Leader role is responsible for overseeing a team and driving new business growth within the area. You'll be supported by a skilled group of account managers, a range of internal resources, and a seasoned National Sales Manager, all focused on delivering strong results and best customer experience. Key Responsibilities Contribute, implement, and monitor the segment sales strategy. Lead a team of Sales professionals, including Account Managers and Business Developers, providing ongoing development and mentoring. Assist in the creation of strategic plans for new business growth in the relevant segment, testing initiatives and innovation to deliver a winning offer. Identify, manage and develop multi-level client relationships and grow existing accounts to establish COS as a preferred supplier. Provide leadership through effective communication, active coaching and development, leading to an improvement of sales results. Lead Account Partnership Reviews and develop customer accounts plans to optimise opportunities for growth. Achieve key revenue and GP targets which include new business. Conduct joint calls to existing and new business opportunities with the sales team. Assist NSM in strategy with the team and manage the implementation. Participate in bi‑annual portfolio reviews with the team. Focus on the addition of new business into the segment. Any other duties as delegated by NSM. About You A high degree of business acumen and commercial acumen. Proven ability to lead and manage a growing sales team. Ability to understand and translate client business needs into valued solutions and create long‑term relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the drive and energy to succeed. Ability to deal with clients at various levels of engagement and seniority.
