Curran Plumbing Electrical Heating & Air – Wollongong NSW Full Time · Curran Plumbing Electrical Heating and Air Trade Administrator About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and professional Trade Administrator to support our service, sales and installation teams. This role is essential in keeping jobs moving smoothly, coordinating materials and schedules, and ensuring our customers receive the premium experience Curran is known for. You will work closely with our Department Manager, call centre, warehouse and field teams to help deliver jobs on time, support training processes and uphold our operational standards. What You Will Do Coordinate the end-to-end scheduling and job flow for service and installation work Work closely with sales, warehouse and field teams to keep jobs on track and on budget Professionally answer incoming calls with a friendly, customer‑first attitude Support the call centre and act as a backup dispatcher when required Contact customers to schedule installations and follow up on job readiness Schedule and dispatch installers, apprentices and service technicians Build strong rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and clear communication Ensure equipment and materials are ordered, available and meet quality checklists Assist the Department Manager with technician training processes and documentation Participate in training sessions and team development activities Complete accurate and timely paperwork, data entry and job file management What You Need Strong organisational skills with exceptional follow‑through Excellent verbal and written communication Professional presentation and strong customer service abilities High integrity and the ability to build positive relationships A proactive mindset with a desire to continually improve Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment A team‑first mentality with a competitive edge Previous admin, scheduling, trade coordination or customer service experience is a bonus Why Join Curran?
