With exciting growth and investment into modern automation, now is the perfect time to join us and be part of our continued success About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support our fully automated grading floor and production operations. In this hands‑on role, you will carry out electrical maintenance, attend breakdowns, and ensure the reliability of equipment including conveyor systems, robots, grading machinery, and control circuits. You’ll work closely with site leadership teams to keep production running safely and efficiently, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and system upgrades. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, technical environment with exposure to industrial automation and modern production systems. What You’ll Do Attend breakdowns and troubleshoot faults quickly to minimise downtime Conduct preventative and scheduled maintenance across electrical systems Diagnose and repair issues with conveyor belts, robots, automated grading equipment, and control circuits Carry out electrical installation works and equipment upgrades Support safety improvement projects and electrical compliance Maintain clean and well‑organised electrical panels and workspaces Provide accurate maintenance records and reporting to the Site Manager Participate in production and maintenance planning meetings Monitor spare parts usage and contribute to stock management Ensure all tasks are completed in line with OH&S requirements About You You’re an electrically minded problem solver who enjoys working with machinery and automation. Whether you hold a formal trade qualification or have significant practical experience, your technical knowledge and proactive approach will set you up for success. We’re Looking For Trade Certificate in Electrical or related discipline (preferred) Strong knowledge of control wiring, 3-phase power systems, and industrial electrical equipment Experience working on automated machinery, conveyors, or robotic equipment PLC knowledge (highly desirable) Ability to diagnose faults and find solutions quickly Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Willingness to work in a production environment and participate in rostered shifts Reliable transport Why Join Pace Farm?
