About the role Frankston Tyre & Auto Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanic to join our team in Frankston, Victoria. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality automotive services and repairs to our diverse range of clients. What you’ll be doing Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models. Conduct scheduled maintenance services and inspections. Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues. Provide exceptional customer service and advice. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Mentor and train junior mechanics as required. Ensure workshop safety and compliance with industry regulations. What we’re looking for Formal qualifications in automotive mechanics or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic, preferably in a similar role. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A flexible, adaptable approach to work. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. A current driver’s licence and your own tools.
