For more information, visit About the Opportunity We’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Director to join our Melbourne team and lead revenue growth by building strong relationships with agency partners and clients. As a key member of our award‑winning sales team, you’ll own your sales strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions that drive impact. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales, ANZ, and play a critical role in shaping Teads’ presence across the region. You’re someone who thrives on collaboration, understands the value of long‑term relationships, and knows the agency landscape inside out. Whether it’s unlocking new business opportunities or coaching a junior teammate, you’re confident in taking ownership and leading with clarity and ambition.
