Opportunity Our client is a NFP organisation who focus on mentoring the next generation of senior financial executives and peer networking. We’re looking for a high calibre Operations Manager to join a fun small tight knit, values driven team who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for their community of CFOs and senior finance leaders. You will support and work closely with the CEO, in a hands‑on high‑impact role which could grow into a broader leadership or succession opportunity. If you’re someone who loves being at the centre of things, making an impact, building relationships, and helping shape what’s next, this is a rare opportunity to stay connected to the corporate world without the corporate grind. You’ll be both strategic and operational in leading key projects, supporting growth and delivery and interfacing with senior executives in the CFO community whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly across the business. What you’ll bring? Broad skillset, in a multifaceted role you will be comfortable operating across finance, data management, compliance, marketing & sales, IT & infrastructure Financially literate, understand P&L, budgeting and audit process Commercially astute, lead sales operations and drive growth Technology savvy, lead projects that enhance efficiencies and experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills Versatile self‑starter, a true generalist who loves variety and can handle anything thrown your way.
