The Opportunity We are looking for an Electronic Security Technician to join our team which services clients throughout the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region. You’ll work across a wide variety of sites and systems, including: Access Control Security Systems CCTV Nurse Call Lone worker and Duress RTLS What You’ll Be Doing Servicing and maintaining electronic security and nurse call systems to a high standard. Installation of nurse call and / or electronic security systems. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Travelling occasionally for regional installations, routine maintenances and service commitments. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Electronic Security Technician and / or Nurse Call Technician. Minimum of 3-5 years of Electronic Security Technician experience is required. Experience with Austco or Sedco Nurse Call products would be highly advantageous although training can be provided. High level of attention to detail and good time management. The role requires paperwork and administration skills. Confident communicator who enjoys working both independently and in team environments. Customer-focused attitude — this is a client-facing role. Friendly, social personality and strong team fit. Solid understanding of IT systems and networks, with a genuine interest in technology. Intermediate level experience with IT systems and networks is required.
