Job Overview ARA Security is an innovative integrator of electronic security services providing high-quality integrated security and locksmith solutions to the largest clients across Australia and New Zealand. An Australian, employee-owned business that is part of the ARA Group. ARA Security provides clients with security solutions such as security alarm systems, access control, CCTV and digital video recording, artificial intelligence, identification solutions and locksmith services. Key Responsibilities Servicing and maintaining systems for our expanding client base. Attend client service requests as scheduled by the Service Manager/ Coordinator within the time required by the client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA). Identify and diagnose the issue/s at the client’s site. Complete a Field Service Report for site attendances including Time on Site and Travel Time, prior to leaving each site. Update job statuses in Ostendo to reflect progress. Identifying potential improvements and recommending security solutions to enhance our customers' security posture. Available for After Hours On Call Roster. Any other reasonable duties as directed by supervisor/manager. Qualifications and Skills Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence Hold a current QLD Security Licence Minimum 10 Years experience with high end electronic security systems. Certified (or extensive experience with the following products.) Milestone VMS Geuterbruck Integriti IP CCTV Systems & Integration Fundamental TCP/IP networking knowledge. Adhere to strict service level agreements. Working under pressure and unsupervised. Commissioning/Engineering skills.
