Telecommunications Technician, Security Technician & Electrician RDH Integration Services is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician, Security Technician and/or Electrician to join our team in Glenvale, Queensland. This is a full‑time position that will see you play a vital role in leading our integrated technology solutions, specialising in connectivity and communications for rural, agricultural, and industrial sectors across eastern Australia. We have multiple roles on offer as our company expands its offerings to serve a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, education, healthcare, local and state government, commercial, and industrial sectors. We are seeking technicians, leading hands or supervisors with solid comms experience. The role(s) include a mix of electrical, data, CCTV, and some fibre and wireless work, plus regular travel and overnight stays. What you'll be doing Conducting installation, maintenance and repair work on a wide range of telecommunication and security systems, including cabling, equipment and infrastructure. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems. Performing basic electrical work and upgrades to support the integration of new technologies. Liaising with clients to implement their tailored solutions. Maintaining detailed documentation and records of all work undertaken. Adhering to all relevant safety standards and procedures. What we're looking for Formal qualifications in Telecommunications, Security Installation or Electrical trades. Extensive experience (3+ years) in the installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication and security systems. Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients if needed. A proactive, customer‑focused approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
