Join to apply for the Gaming Product & Systems Manager Mount Pritchard, NSW role at Mounties Group Overview We are seeking a dedicated gaming product and systems manager to join our Mount Pritchard, NSW flagship site. This full-time role focuses on strategic, data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives in gaming operations. Responsibilities Manage, update and develop gaming systems, procedures and operations to ensure daily compliance requirements are met. Manage and update gaming products including EGMs, MTGMs, linked jackpots and installations across the group. Develop and update gaming floor layouts using updated technology. Maintain inventory of mandatory regulatory compliance materials. Prepare regular, accurate reporting with internal and external stakeholders. Meet financial gaming revenue targets across the group. Make recommendations that mitigate business risks and increase efficiency. Review and implement systems or reporting methods; identify if additional reporting or training is required. Oversee and provide ROI for all expenditures and assist in CAPEX & OPEX strategies. Develop and review business cases for all expenditure with accurate information. Lead and manage the team, ensuring accountability aligns with KPIs and responsibilities. Enhance department efficiencies and productivity through learning and development initiatives. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver goals and strategies; negotiate with suppliers and service providers. Manage gaming system components and ensure operations perform as expected; assist in business cases for system enhancements. Essential Skills & Experiences Advanced knowledge of Aristocrat System 7000 and eBet systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills. Experience in report creation and presentations. In-depth understanding of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry legislation. Proficiency in club operation systems (e.g., Maxgaming, POS, BTG paging, sign-in, finance). Expertise in gaming products, including EGMs, MTGMs and linked jackpots. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). Excellent project, time management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Superior written and verbal communication. Current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA, RCG and ARCG competency card.
