This role is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Data Analyst At GROW, You Will Gather data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and quality. Develop and maintain data cleaning processes to eliminate errors and inconsistencies. Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers. Apply appropriate methods to uncover meaningful insights within datasets. Provide analysis and remediation support for incidents, focusing on ways to improve our solutions to eliminate recurrence of incidents and reduce future risk. Provide support for complex calculations to support complaint and incident resolution. Create visually appealing and informative data visualisations using GROW’s Business Intelligence tools. Build interactive dashboards for stakeholders to monitor key metrics. Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, distilling complex findings into actionable recommendations for GROW. Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting requirements. Establish and oversee data quality monitoring processes, proactively identifying and rectifying issues. We’re Ideally Looking For Applicants With Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages and data visualisation tools. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Exceptional problem solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
