We are seeking a passionate and certified Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transform data into valuable insights and insights into informed business decisions that drive success. About the Role As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive life-cycle analyses including requirements gathering activity tracking and solution design. You will also be expected to develop analytical and reporting capabilities while monitoring performance and implementing quality control processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and prepare ongoing reports Design, implement and manage databases, data collection systems and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary and secondary sources while maintaining robust data systems Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators to detect and correct errors Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs Proactively identify and define new opportunities for process improvement Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Strong technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques Hands‑on experience with reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects), databases (e.g. SQL) and programming (e.g. XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks) Solid knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g. Excel, SPSS, SAS) Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in queries, report writing and presenting findings to stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics Why Join Us This is a full‑time opportunity for a dedicated professional who is eager to make a meaningful impact.
