Job details Work closely with our P&C Team on our new HRIS rollout 6-month fixed term contract Based in our Chatswood Head Office close to public transport Job no: A84TP What will you be doing? Develop and maintain the change management plan for the HRIS implementation Manage internal communications for the HRIS project Create and maintain end-user and leader guides, quick reference tools, FAQs, and how-to content Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, maintaining a clear view of milestones, tasks, and dependencies across modules Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and incorporated Who are you? Skills And Experience We Look For Include Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of a HRIS, HR technology solution or similar business system Experience in developing or supporting change management activities Experience designing and delivering training (in person and/or virtual) and supporting train-the-trainer models Ability to write clear, user-friendly communications and guides for diverse audiences High attention to detail in documentation, configuration notes, training materials, and communication Experience working directly with ELMO HRIS or similar Australian HR/payroll SaaS platform would be highly advantageous A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
