About the role As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be an integral part of our team. The role contributes to and supports efficient daily operations. You will be working as a part of a friendly and ambitious team, have a high level of attention to detail and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience in healthcare or aged care environments would be an advantage. Support and training offered to the right candidate. Duties & Responsibilities Proactively source, screen, onboard and mobilise suitable candidates Thinking “outside the box” for candidate attraction Advertise vacancies on Seek, Indeed, social media and other platforms Conduct interviews, reference checks and document verification Arrange candidates' induction and training to meet clients' requirements Update and maintain recruitment database Nurture welcoming and positive relationships with all stakeholders Any other tasks that may be assigned within the scope of practice by the Supervisor/Manager Benefits Salary packaging with MAXXIA Training and development opportunities Staff events Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role Developed abilities and experience using sourcing platforms and social media. High level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with proactive and hard-working attitude. Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures.
