From systemising operations to supporting our people, you’ll play a vital role in creating a workplace where the team can perform at its highest level. You’ll take ownership of office organisation, vendor relationships, scheduling, processes, and communication flow. Most importantly, you’ll bring the positivity, structure, and energy that keeps our team grounded and moving forward. In this role, you will: Manage daily office operations and maintain an efficient, organised workspace. Build, refine, and optimise systems that keep the business running smoothly. Coordinate internal and external communication, meetings, and scheduling. Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and team members. Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks. Bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset to challenges as they arise.
