As our Wellness Consultant (Membership Consultant) , you will play a key role in driving pre‑sales activity from January 2026 and beyond, leading up to the opening of our new West End flagship hub in April 2026. You will be responsible for engaging prospective members, delivering world‑class tours and consultations, and helping people find the right membership to achieve their wellness goals. Position Facilitate membership growth by confidently conducting tours, consultations, and renewal conversations in a way that prioritises member needs while meeting sales and retention targets. Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries. Engage with local businesses and corporate partners. Lead follow‑up touchpoints post‑tour, post‑first‑week, and through key membership transition points. Drive pre‑sales activity and ensure daily metrics and business growth targets are met. Drive a warm, hospitality‑led atmosphere built on genuine connection, care, and emotional intelligence. Extensive product knowledge and a genuine passion for holistic wellness are essential to ensure every new member has the best possible start to their fitness and wellness journey at Function Well. About You Passionate about sales and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. A team player who contributes to a high‑performing team culture. Enjoy connecting with people, our Wellness Consultants are often the first point of contact for new members. Pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communicator with great attention to detail. Preferably experienced in sales or customer service roles, with a track record of achieving KPIs. Experience managing the customer journey and understanding retention strategies is highly regarded. Available for mornings, afternoons and weekends on a rotating roster.
