What You’ll Be Doing Drive New Memberships: Use a mix of outreach, calls, and face-to-face engagement to build relationships and close deals daily. Daily In-Person Outreach: Get out there every day - talking to people in the community, building connections, and promoting the gym face-to-face. This is a core part of the role and where the best Sales Consultants truly stand out. Connect With Purpose: Learn each prospect’s goals and tailor solutions that genuinely align with their fitness journey. Stay Hungry: Set appointments, follow up, and stay on top of every lead - consistency and hustle win here. Own Your Results: Manage your time, chase your numbers, and always aim to outperform your personal best. What We’re Looking For Resilient under pressure - you see challenges as opportunities, not setbacks. Strong communicator - confident both on the phone and in person. Sales-driven - motivated by results, targets, and performance rewards. Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals. Team player - brings energy, ideas, and positivity to every shift. Organised and adaptable - able to balance multiple tasks while keeping the standard high. Arabic-speaking is a plus (though not required) - as we proudly serve a large Arabic-speaking community. What We Offer Competitive $28-$32/hour base + uncapped commission.
