Membership Consultant – World Gym Lambton World GymLambton are currently seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and passionate person who love sales to join our team. Why World Gym? With 55+ clubs nationally and 5-8 new locations opening each year, the opportunities within the brand and numerous and it is one of the most recognised brands in Australia. What are you waiting for? The role involves identifying prospective members’ health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management. What you’ll be doing in this role Work as part of a team, responsible for the growth of the club Generating leads & sales through sales processes Providing outstanding customer service to our members Dealing with membership & account enquires via phone, email & social media Creating brand awareness within the community Greeting and interacting with members & prospective members, building rapport and finding out their needs and wants What you need to be successful: Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition Proven track record with exceeding sales targets A passion for health and fitness An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI’s and goals Industry knowledge (preferrable) Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Benefits Base salary, monthly commission based on performance, plus super A supportive and rewarding working environment Complimentary World Gym membership Staff discount in our supplement and clothing shop #J-18808-Ljbffr
