Administrative Officer - Remuneration Package Range $114,088 - $126,997 Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services - Stakeholders and Business Strategy Darwin, Northern Territory Fixed full time to 11/09/2026 The Team The Stakeholder and Business Strategy are responsible for ensuring Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services (SWIPS), are client centred, continuously improving and responsive to need. The team provides an important conduit for two-way communication and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders and is responsible for branch stakeholder functions including relationship management, strategic communications, branch secretariat services, as well as business functions including business planning, governance and risk management, budget coordination and workforce strategy. The Role As a Stakeholder Coordination Advisor , you will provide advice and executive support to Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services for the governance, development and implementation of agency strategy, governance, policies and projects including high level stakeholder management and communications, reporting and executive secretariat functions. About you Experience preparing high level executive documentation, including briefings, submissions, presentations of a range of complex and detailed report, and other correspondence to support senior leadership and stakeholder engagement Proven organisational skills with strategic, conceptual and analytical capabilities with attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships and exhibiting agility in responding to changes to evolving executive/stakeholders priorities and expectations.
