We focus on garden maintenance and soft scaping, which gives us the ability to offer a premium service to our clients. We are a family run business who take pride in our work and enjoy what we do. About the Role Complete all aspects of garden maintenance at a high quality as well managing a team. 4 DAY WEEK …… Working hours are 7am to 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday. Paid overtime can be available during summer. Skills, Attributes and Experience HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY & RELIABLE Have excellent communication skills. A strong attention to detail and have a great work ethic. Qualification OR experienced in Horticulture and have a good knowledge of garden maintenance. Hold a current Manual drivers licence. Able to work independently, as a team leader or as part of a team. Teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices. Monitor the health of gardens and have an approach that progressively improves the quality of our jobs. Have experience in all aspects of garden maintenance including: Hedging Pruning Weeding Plant health etc. You will be working with all of our team members at a variety of jobs. Benefits and Perks You will be provided with a company work ute with fuel card as part of your package. Free monthly Chiro/Physio sessions as part of your package to look after your body. Work shirts/jumpers/jackets provided. All equipment, tools and PPE is provided. Weekly Telephone allowance is included on top of pay.
