Studio Stylist

As our Studio Stylist you will be responsible for styling and executing high-quality e-commerce imagery using our suite of StyleShoots machines (Live, Eclipse, Elevate, Ghost) the most advanced set-up in Australasia. This photography is critical, as it feeds our website, social shopping platforms, and email marketing, often becoming the decisive factor in a customers choice to purchase online or visit our stores directly driving sales and traffic. About You This hands‑on role demands both fashion styling expertise and strong technical capability, ensuring we fully leverage the technology we have on hand. You will bring curiosity and innovation, a keen interest in exploring new AI solutions to improve speed, cost‑efficiency, and quality of output. You will be highly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once. Your Day Will Consist Of: Style products on StyleShoots Live, Eclipse, Elevate and Ghost for e‑commerce, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and commercial appeal. Prepare all items for photography: steaming, ironing, pinning, and dressing mannequins/models. Monitor and quality‑check imagery for detail, fit, and accuracy. Champion innovative styling that drives engagement and conversion online. Ensuring all items are steamed or ironed, and shot in line with our standards, ensuring any unique product details or textures are taken note of and captured accordingly. Prioritise e‑commerce product shoots ahead of campaign shoots. Coordinate samples and ensure timely preparation and return. Train and upskill others in machine functionality. Identifying and implementing AI and new tech to streamline workflow, reduce costs, and increase speed to market. Manage styling workflow to ensure all product photography is completed before stock arrives at FC. Curating looks that elevate product presentation across all touchpoints. Plan and execute fresh, on‑trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on‑brand. Dress models, arrange props, and adjust styling live during shoots. Stay on top of fashion trends, industry tools, and digital styling best practices. Contribute to multi‑channel content needs: flat lays, video snippets, and social‑first styling. As Our Studio Stylist, You Will Have: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom) Previous experience in fashion e‑commerce styling with direct responsibility for styling products for digital platforms. Demonstrated experience operating StyleShoots equipment (Live, Eclipse, Elevate, Ghost) or similar automated studio tech. Highly tech‑savvy with proven ability to learn and maximise machine/software functionality. Strong styling ability with attention to detail, garment fit, and presentation. Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage large volumes of product under tight deadlines. Strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to explore AI and emerging digital solutions. Able to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced studio environment. Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience working in a role with high attention to detail. Experience working for long periods of time sitting and standing whilst performing tasks. Ability to learn processes and procedures and identify ways to improve them. Certificate or Diploma in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or related discipline. Intermediate Adobe Photoshop CC (retouching, colour matching). Experience with digital content optimisation (Google Shopping, social commerce). Prior exposure to AI tools in styling/imagery production. Why Work for Us?
