You’ll be the warm welcome, the calm in the chaos, and the quiet force that keeps everything (and everyone) moving smoothly. From greeting clients to coordinating appointments, supporting stylists, managing stock and admin, you’ll be the heartbeat that keeps the studio alive. It’s not just an admin role. It’s an introduction to the fashion world, a chance to learn, grow, and contribute to something extraordinary. What you’ll do: Be the first point of contact, greeting clients, managing calls, emails, and appointment bookings. Create a warm and inviting experience for every visitor, embodying the brand values of inclusivity and connection. Support stylists with seamless appointment preparation, studio presentation, and post-appointment admin. Keep the studio running like clockwork, managing inventory, maintaining stock, and coordinating deliveries. Assist with day-to-day admin and operational tasks to support the wider team. Foster a vibrant, professional, and positive environment for both clients and colleagues. What you bring: A bright, engaging personality and the confidence to make every client feel seen and supported. Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Natural attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts with ease. A love for fashion and an eagerness to learn how a leading brand operates behind the scenes.
