About the role G4S provides security for a major energy provider to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment for their operation. Our Facility Security Officers are trained to support our energy client in delivering energy services safely. In a varied role, their primary responsibility is to ensure the immediate safety and security of the premises and all people on the premises. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Patrolling large areas. Serve as part of an Initial Response Team and respond to emergencies and assist paramedics. Provide surveillance and de-escalate incidents. Perform drug and alcohol tests. Provide customer service by assisting all of our client's staff, visitors, and contractors. Ensure all facility security systems and services are compliant. Submit detailed reports on safety and security hazards or breaches. What we're looking for Candidates must live locally in Karratha. Hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence. Hold a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard/Crowd Control. Hold a Certificate II Security Operations. Have received or renewed your CPR cert within the year. The recruitment process Applying online with a CV.
