Mission Statement GYG will dominate fast casual Mexican dining by always delivering remarkable food and service experiences. The Role Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, Sales and Line crew members are responsible for the ongoing delivery of pleasant and prompt service to customers, and the preparation of menu items according to the procedures and processes outlined by GYG. They must maintain a complete knowledge of GYG menu items, ingredients and procedures at all times to proactively and promptly deliver high quality Mexican products. Qualifications Advanced English skills (if non‑native) RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Basic computer skills and capability to learn Point of Sales and EFTPOS operations General understanding of Australian currency, payment methods and loyalty Outgoing and approachable personality Patience and eagerness to help customers Capability of maintaining a clean, tidy and organised workstation Willingness to learn and a proactive, enthusiastic personality Good communication skills and strong teamwork ability Self‑motivated and “always moving” attitude Previous experience in customer service or food preparation will be regarded but is not essential.
