Project Support Officer - First Peoples Culinary School Are you passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for First Peoples communities and supporting innovative education projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to help bring the First Peoples Culinary School to life This is your chance to contribute to a ground breaking initiative blending cultural knowledge, culinary excellence and vocational education. You’ll play a key role in supporting the project from planning through to delivery, ensuring a culturally safe and engaging experience for students and community. Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and prepare the First Peoples Culinary School program. Coordinate student engagement strategies and assist with scheduling practical sessions. Support culinary logistics—think kitchen setups, ingredient sourcing and equipment readiness. Act as a liaison with internal teams and First Peoples communities, building strong relationships and providing timely support. Help deliver promotional events, On Country experiences and community engagement activities. Provide hands‑on assistance during program trials, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and supporting teaching staff.
