As an Enrolled Nurse you will play a critical role in delivering safe, effective and appropriate patient care within a patient centred environment. This vital position necessitates a commitment to a seven-day rotating schedule, encompassing morning, evening and night shifts. Demonstrated ability to participate in improvement projects using sound planning and evaluation of outcomes. Demonstrated ability to critically appraise new clinical situations and environments and plan safe, appropriate patient care in consultation with the Registered Nurse and the multidisciplinary team.
