Schnitzel Line Operator

As a Schnitzel Line Operator, you will be at the heart of our production line, preparing and crumbing slices of meat to produce schnitzel that exceeds customer expectations. You will handle batter and crumb mixtures, operate machinery safely, and assist with production tasks across the line. You will also lend a hand across the wider production area when required, including chicken portioning, hamburger preparation, sausage packing, and box making. This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Prepare batter and crumbing mixtures to company specifications Crumb meat consistently to produce high-quality schnitzel products Follow strict food handling and safety procedures Identify and report any product or machinery concerns Support your team and assist with additional production tasks Complete end of day duties including cleaning preparation, stock organisation, and equipment storage Comply with all WHS and food safety regulations What We’re Looking For A true team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude Experience in the meat industry (experience preferred but not essential) Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing excellent results Able to follow processes and maintain high quality standards Good communication skills and willingness to help others Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards (experience preferred but not essential) Your own reliable transport Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced production and cool room environment Why You Will Love Working With Us Work with a team that takes pride in being ‘A Cut Above’ Stable, ongoing full-time employment Training provided – no prior experience required Opportunities to develop skills across multiple production areas Be part of a reputable, growing food manufacturing business Free barista made coffee for all staff Successful candidates must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
